Cancellation Policy
The Velvet Room charges a cancellation fee of 25% of your total service charges for cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, which must be paid in full prior to booking your next service. No call/no shows must call 330-240-3377 to request future services, and your cancellation fee + a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to book any future services.
